"When you grade the dirt road from the underpass on I 80 East how about grading all the way to the rest stop to remove the washboard on the road I live on that section you rarely grade I have a bad back and that washboard doesn't help it you did the beginning yesterday on 12/05/20 how about finishing it or do I need to notify the county to get it done right"
