"The concept is good but execution is poor. I've ordered 2 times and both times 50% or more of the items I ordered were not in stock. You have to reach out to the delivery driver to tell them to look for a substitute. Which they often never find. The app needs to be updated with current in stock items. It's frustrating to order several days in advance and wait a long time for the delivery to arrive and then most items are out of stock."

"Thought about trying your service til I sat outside of a grocery store waiting for a friend and watched you keep cooler/frozen foods outside on a 90 degree day for over 30 minutes (it was almost 25 before they even started loading groceries into the van.). Then I watched you load up multiple (at least 4) grocery orders into one van. There is absolutely no way that you are keeping cooler and frozen items at a safe temperature. I will never use this app as a result. This doesn't even touch the complete disorganization of your shoppers either. I see why it's so cheap."

"Would love to try the service, but the app has been frustrating to say the least. It continually shuts down, and I mean after almost every item search. Did as customer service asked and uninstalled and reinstalled, but after doing this 5 or 6 times, I'm pretty frustrated. Seems like a great concept but if I have to waste all this time trying to use it, it's just may not be worth it. Happy to try again once the technical difficulties are resolved. I also compared prices on Buncha vs. the Aldis pickup service and found there was a price difference on every item. Buncha prices were lower. So, does this mean my final bill after shopping will be much higher than anticipated?"

"Excited for the concept and its potential. No markup is a great offering and cost competitive given competitors’ markups. However, they are still working out some kinks in execution. Have used them now for 10 deliveries. 3 of those orders were delivered meaningfully after the 2.5 hour window…(like 2 hours later) so be aware if you’re limited in time. Once, they gave me a heads up and I really appreciated it. Twice, there was no communication even after I tried to reach the driver multiple times. Other two watch outs: 1) prices should not be marked up but I’ve been charged higher than the in store price before. They will issue you a credit if you inform them via the support chat. Trust but verify. 2) quality of refrigerated goods. 9/10 deliveries I’ve gotten are by a regular driver like Instacart vs their large commercial truck shown on the website. If you’re one of the last deliveries and depending on how many deliveries they have, it could affect spoilage of refrigerated items. I received ribs that were smelly and rotten and they wouldn’t refund it even though I opened them before the use by date. I’ve also gotten fresh chicken that smelled iffy. I made it and got the runs. So just be cautious of that. Overall, worth trying while they work through some of the execution challenges and excited to have them serve our local neighborhood."
