"Package delivered and placed directly under dripping water and half in the snow. When a foot away was dry and out of the elements. In the package was an electric keyboard and sitting with that was a book. I understand it's a busy time of year but come on this was absolutely terrible and during a winter storm so the package was completely wet. I took pictures of the box after it sat inside for almost 3 hrs."

"Very unimpressed. If a citizen goes through the trouble to track their packages, stays home to receive them, and resides in a residential location with ZERO hindrances ranging from pets to plants, there should be no exception to receiving said packages under some supposed inability to reach my front door. I waited all day and not a single mail truck arrived or even attempted delivery. Not only do I have a spacious mailbox and actively plowed driveway and entry, you can easily see my house from the street AND its registered address. Yes it's a government service so some laziness and disregard is expected, but to outright disregard my standard mail AND the route in its entirety, is unacceptable. Avoid this Postal Service district like the plague if you have any choice at all. 4 years on from this review, and I’m still experiencing the same complete disappointment. Throughout these years I have made every effort to use other carriers whenever they are available. Unfortunately, some situations just don’t permit the option. From severely damaged boxes which then lead to contradictions with first class insurance, to opened-then-taped-shut envelopes and sensitive packages, I am hard-pressed to bring to mind a single even-remotely-positive experience I’ve had with this district. If I could leave a review with no stars whatsoever, I would."

"They are always friendly and smiling. I wouldn't change our normal driver for anything- he's fantastic! We've run into a couple delivery issues during winter season but it's only with new drivers or those filling in. Today they fixed a problem with a package I needed for a birthday party (the new driver said the house wasn't accessible which wasn't true. Once they were made aware of the problem and the ASAP need for my package, they did all they could to get me the package and the problem was solved). For those getting Sunday packages, Sunday packages comes out of the Elk River location, not the Zimmerman location."
