"I’ve had abysmal service from this store. MULTIPLE times over the last two years I’ve been sent the wrong equipment, or I’ve been told that I could come pick up my supplies and when I arrived, no one even knew what I was talk about. But the past couple weeks have been absolutely atrocious. I needed a new mask sent to me a couple of weeks ago but Laura/Lisa is beyond incompetent and I still do not have my mask. Either that, or she enjoys being harmful on purpose. She said it had to be shipped to me, and when it did not arrive by Friday like she said, she said she would ship a new one out on Monday. The NEXT Friday after that after I still did not have my mask, I called again and asked if my mask had been sent, and she said no “because I didn’t tell her that I still needed it.” She also said that it “wasn’t her problem.” I asked that she please, for the love of God, just send me the medical equipment that I need (since they said it was not in stock in the store), and also asked to speak to her supervisor. Without another word she transferred me to the voicemail of a man named Eric. I left him a detailed message with my callback number more than two business days ago and he still has not called me back, and Laura/Lisa STILL has not sent my F30 mask. At this point, since they billed my insurance for this mask that I do not have over 2 weeks later, I will be filing a complaint with my insurance and with the BBB."
"People work there are all so great !!!! Ashley, Julie , Lisa , Mike and Eric are the names I can remember! ….I went there yesterday to get a walking support for my son whom broken a few little bones on his feet …they gave helpful suggestions and being extra patience….grateful for all the medical workers out there Specially during COVID times !!!!"
"I know for a fact that is NOT how this establishment operates. Their main concern is the patient. They never discriminate against anyone. I am appalled at that fact that you pulled the race card. Are you sure you did everything you were supposed to do on your end, Ms. Jackson? My mom is actually on their waiting list and there were thing's she had to do as well. They don't just refuse to add you. That's ridiculous. If you aren't aware, there is a CPAP shortage everywhere, due to a recall last year. CPAP's are limited everywhere but if you feel you will get farther with another place pulling the race card, feel free. I personally wouldn't add you either."
"I was not put on the list for a sleep apnea machine due to the fact that I am black. I had a phone conversation stressing the fact that I really needed a machine and I never received one. I called back multiple months later and was told that the lady never even added me to the list. It is not a consequence that I was talked down upon and just so happened to be black and my name was not added to this list. I am beyond upset at the type of service that I received"
"Lisa was the absolute BEST in handling my husbands CPAP needs over the phone. The other lady wasn't any help at all and didn't know that the headgear we needed came in different sizes (even though I could see the product on the website as I talked with her.) Thank you Lisa for the quick responses and service."
