"Great customer service and so helpful! I recently bought a house and an older John Deere was left here for us. Seller told us upfront it needed maintenance and suggested we contact Kibble which is where it was originally purchased 30 years ago. Unfortunately it was just not worth it to fix. But kibble came to my house in Minnetonka to pick it up and didn’t charge me for pick up, diagnosis, or removal, and even came back a second time to pick up the attachments we had for it. Patrick talked with my boyfriend and gave advice and suggestions on new mowers.. went and purchased a new mower from them today and even got a little trade in value for the old mower. Chloe is who I talked to for updates on the services and she was really pleasant to work with as well."
