"Got my daughters year book back, not only is she missing but 100’s of kids are missing from the year book too. Also, in the beginning of the year they “misplaced” her photo so I was unable to purchase her school pictures. This place is very unprofessional."

I think they should charge your card when they actually ship the pictures. It’s sad that they have the monopoly on school pictures here.
