"Get lakes but we got locked inside the property during business hours after touring around the lake. Hopefully when you read this we get let out! Got told it's closed until April 1st but there's no signs or anything saying that and the gate is open when we got here"

"Friendly staff. Very clean picnic and playground areas. Reasonable rates, day use for picnicing and/or swimming is only $12 USD for ages 12 and up. Water in swim lake was very clear. The bottom of the lake has a thin layer of sediment and sand over hard packed clay. This was my first visit and already looking forward and making plans to go back. Bring your own cooler. No alcoholic beverages allowed. No profanity allowed. There are Port-a-Poties for your restroom needs."

"Great family friendly environment. Extremely helpful, hardworking staff. We really enjoyed watching the fireworks on the Lake from our kayaks! We will return to camp there again soon!"

"Kids had a blast. We loved the water slide they recently put in. The water was a little murkey. But not too bad nasty.. The admission prices could be a little lower. And could have more shallow in the lake for ghe children. Over all though, we all had a good time and definately will come back soon. I recommend this for any family event!"

"This is a wonderful getaway about 30 minutes from Sherwood, AR. The day use area is really nice with picnic tables, grills, and docks at each space for swimming. There is a big swimming area as well with a water slide, diving platforms, and multiple sets of slides and playground equipment set throughout the water. There is a separate area for fishing (bring your license) and electric/non-electric spaces for camping throughout; most of which sit right at the waters edge. Bring your own kayak or canoe or rent a canoe from the trading post. Christian run management so no drinking and no profanity. Gate fee is $12 per adult, $6 per child but there are group rates for 5 or more and senior discounts. Get there early to get a great spot!"
