"This was our first experience with having a cow butchered. We were able to customize the thickness that we wanted our steaks cut and how they were packaged. We were also able to pay a little extra to have the meat vacuum sealed. When it was ready and we went to pick it up, they brought it out to a loading area and it came in crates and it was frozen. We really did not know how much meat there would be, so we really could have used more ice chests. There were 11 crates total with 521 pounds of meat. I would say 3 really large ice chests or 6-8 medium sized ones would do, but if you don't have that they do have mesh bags that they can bag it for you. We split the cost between 3 families and we were able to fit our portion in a medium sized chest freezer. Each package of meat is labeled. I was very happy with my experience. The service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be doing this over buying beef from the store."

"To anyone thinking about using these folks I highly recommend them. I know for a fact they are honest people, when we got our meat back we had a partial pack of sausage. I have had meat cut several places and never gotten a partial back. So for anyone saying that they are stealing meat, to each their own but I say it’s a farce! They were very easy to work with and they meat was cut to our liking. Bottom line is this, these are hard working people just trying to make a honest living, give them an opportunity to earn your business."
