"I had a horrible experience here, Took my bike in last fall to get carbs done, I got a call a few weeks in saying they dropped it destroying the body kit, forcing me to pay to get a new one, -$500. Fast forward to march 2023 not hearing from them, and calling numerous times, they replied saying it was done. when I went to go pick it up it took them almost an hour trying to start it with the same issues it had when I brought it in, and a $2000 payment, including forks the body kits and carbs. Come to find out a month later the carbs stopped working, I took matters into my own hands, removed them from the bike, I was astonished to find nothing had been done to them, I took them to a different shop to verify this. it was true they hadn't touched a thing! multiple pieces were missing. I ordered all new parts online for 1/8 of the price they charged me for the parts they didn't put in. I had also asked them to put a usb charger on the bike, no charger was put on. -$100 I contacted them after all of this seeing what was up and I have been ghosted. I ended up contacting the Minnesota attorney generals office with a complaint form, waiting to hear back now. 100% third party shop, Don't make the same mistake I did go elsewhere or do it at home and save money."
