"I hired Tom Lee in September 2017 to represent me in an existing joint custody case regarding my 5 year old son that had been established for the last few years. The purpose of hiring him was to file an Ex-Parte motion against my son's father for endangerment and really had no idea on where to start nor how difficult and time consuming the process can be. The 1st time I met with Tom to discuss my case, he explained my options and answered all of my questions. He was honest and realistic about what to expect. Tom is also the most affordable family law attorney around. As of 7/25/18, I was awarded sole legal & physical custody of my son. I really do not think this would have been the outcome had I not hired Tom Lee. Despite the other negative reviews, I strongly encourage you to consider his services especially if it's a critical and time sensitive case. By the way, he is VERY direct which I can appreciate but is not for the ultra sensitive type. Overall, I've learned that Child Custody is the most difficult experience I've ever encountered throughout my lifetime and you seriously need someone who has the knowledge and the perseverance such as Tom Lee holds."
