"Too Lazy, Didn't Read: Great experience. Got the pre-owned clarinet I wanted. Good guitar/bass/piano/accessories/pre-owened instrument selection. Not so good? New Woodwind/Brass/Percussion selection. (Cheap/fragile brands) My experience was GREAT. Saw they had a bargain Yamaha Clarinet and needed to try it out. Bought that, a clarinet stand AND another On-Stage guitar stand for my new guitar at home. Noticed Rick and Mary have some amazing guitar selections for young players. Epiphone and Squier sound and play just as well to the beginner guitarist or bassist. They even had a couple pre-owned nicer models. No opinion on the pianos. Rick keeps them well in tune. Solid selection of accessories. I could not rate this a 5 because I noticed two significant flaws in their stock. New Eastar and Donner brand instruments. As a band director, I tell every family this, stay...away...from Eastar... These are the cheap/fragile instruments people buy off Amazon when they think they are getting a deal. Then the instrument breaks after 2-3 months or one accidental drop. Can't recommend their new band instruments or drums in good conscience. As a band director, I would be doing everyone a disservice. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT!"

"I had them come out and tune my piano. Rick was VERY knowledgeable about the piano mechanisms and made sure that I was satisfied with the results. He explained a few things to me to help keep it in good shape for many years. After he was done, he even played a few songs on it to show it was in tune. Wonderful people, I would highly recommend them you won't be disappointed."
