"I wish I could give NO STARS!!!!! Absolutely don’t go here the customer service was absolutely aweful between the non pet friendly ppl and the others that give condescending looks. They will try to be polite and take you wherever you need to go and fail to explain that they won’t pick you up “because it’s a courtesy and a favor they are doing for you” and to make matters worse they don’t call you for updates or when your truck is done…..my truck was done this morning but they wouldn’t release it because they were waiting on a P.O. that was sent hours ago when they decided it was lunch time. Absolutely horrible inconsiderate ppl. I will however say the technicians were very friendly and polite definitely dog ppl."
"I came in with problems one my 2014 KW and this dealership stepped up and took excellent care of my needs. There were delays for parts (very common in today's economy) but their overall service was top shelf."
"I get most of my parts here. They are easy to work with. I've only used their parts department since I do most of my mechanical work, but they do have a shop. There prices on parts are competitive. The last part I got from them this week was $50 less than a smaller competitive shop."
