"Used Eva for an informal mediation (not court ordered) about 5 years ago. She allowed my ex to be in a different room than me even though there was no abuse, thus cutting our time essentially in half and wasting everyone’s time with her having to communicate what the other party just said. She did not listen to any of my concerns. She also cut me off repeatedly when I was speaking about my concerns. I could tell she was just going to recommend 50/50 everything from the start without actually considering anything. My child is special needs. I do 100% of his medical and school decisions as the other party is indifferent. Of course Eva said oh we should have 50/50 blah blah blah. Our case was resolved about a year ago with an ENE with other providers (who were great!). And guess what? No 50/50. I got exactly what I asked for 5 years ago as that’s what’s in the best interest of my child. Seems to me it’s been time for her to retire for quite a while reading through other reviews."

"Hired Dana to help with a divorce resolution. The result was in my favor but she did not consider any of the case facts and my ex-husband disputed it. The county acknowledged trouble with this firm and had us do it again with a reputable provider. The new results are more troubling but at least it's over now. Over $12,000 down the drain."

"Mediation from Dana was poorly prepared and lacked general professionalism. Promises of actions to be taken were ignored. Dana had clearly not reviewed our case. The office did not respond to claims and corrections to basic documentation. If this was any service industry I would expect a refund and correction for damages. If a chef is sick they are expected to stay home... idk if Dana had an excuse or not for her poor performance but I would have preferred she called in sick."

"Eva is a very privileged woman who makes decisions through that lens. In the process of determining school placement for my child, she did not take into account the impact her decision would have on both parents. Her decision placed ALL transportation and related cost on me, leaving my very wealthy ex husband with zero responsibility and increased convenience. Because of her lack of equitable distribution, I have no choice but to sell my home and move closer to the district she placed my child in for the next 6 years."
