"I found myself having to have emergency surgery. Instead of having one simple bill, it was divided into many. I unfortunately didn't know who I owed what. One day I received a letter from this company. I called them and was met with nothing but kindness. They willingly worked with me as far as payments that I could afford to get things settled. I have dealt with some pretty nasty bill collectors and I have to say that I was very impressed by how they handle my situation."

"They sent a random woman to my apartment complex with “a court summons”, she pounded on the door until a neighbor opened it and had someone other than myself sign for it??? This document was not sealed in any envelope and given to someone other than myself. Bad look from what a quick Google search will show to be a disgusting company. I’m in actual disbelief that these “lawyers” are serving people fake court summons and harassing random neighbors to sign for other people’s mail (which is against the law)."

"I was supposedly taken to collections by Consulting Radiologists for not paying a bill I never received. I tried to pay but my payment attempt was refused because I was in collections. 1 1/2 years later I was contacted by this firm about the outstanding balance. After repeated attempts I finally reached a live person for resolution. If you are a business looking for a collection agency, this is not the one you want! They’re incompetent! And so are Consulting Radiologists."

"When a business is okay sending someone to a persons door at almost 10pm, that speaks volumes of their poor etiquette and lack of professionalism. This day in age, someone snooping around a house at 9:27pm is just no longer safe and is borderline intrusive. Not that any collection agency or lawyer will care but really, how rude to not cease deliveries at 8pm? Consider families with pets and kids or babies. I have 3 dogs and a 2 year old. You have no idea the chaos caused in my house because apparently appropriate business hours are up until 10pm. That is just outright rude!"

"There was a legal order on my father’s account and due to me recently being under 18, his name was on my account as well. They stole all the money I saved up for college leading me to attempt to commit suicide and go into serious debt over something I had no control over. These people are genuinely the scum of the Earth and if hell exists, I know anyone working for this firm will go there with open arms."
