"I wish I could leave a better review, but I just need to take a break from this restaurant for a long while. Tonight's service was flat out lack luster.. our server named Brian was probably the least attentive server I have ever encountered in the vicinity considering the cost to dine. I have no reservations spending money on good food and service, but when it takes close to 15 or 20 minutes to flag your waiter down to address a problem with your meal (easily would have mentioned it if he ever came back to the table to ask how everything was) we just about gave up and passed on spending any more time at the table. I will say- the staff who takes care of all the service at the table regarding dishes, water etc are excellent, Brian is not. if I decide to go back and support this restaurant again I will be sure to request politely not to sit in his section. What is baffling is we had 5pm reservations. The place was dead when we arrived...how could our order be taken and then that's it? This caliber of restaurant should know better. Tonight must have been a fluke, been dining here over a decade and it's never been like it was tonight. Super disappointed for what we received."
"I wanted to venture towards this side of town (I live in the far Northwest part of Las Vegas) because it's been a few since I've tried a different restaurant in Henderson; not to mention, I had an urge to play at a different Station property compare to the one close to my house. Therefore, my wife and I decided to eat at this restaurant on 11 Nov 2023 because of the aforementioned, and because we wanted to celebrate our long tenure serving in the greatest military in the world. I utilized the online reservation system on the same day of the reservation, and it was seamless (I even got the time I wanted). We arrived significantly earlier than our reservation time because we left the house anticipating traffic and such - we ended up not confronting any traffic. Needless to say, the restaurant accommodated us and allowed us to get seated within 8 minutes of arrival. We were seated in a booth, which was appreciated because of the back pain we have to deal with while sitting on regular chairs. I immediately noticed the décor in this restaurant and how rustic it looks (in a good way; not the "old, requires immediate updating" concept). The restaurant lighting and music made the experience very comfortable. The menu items seem to be similar with all the Station property steakhouses, which made it easier for us to decide what we wanted to order. We ended up ordering the Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp, Grass-Fed Filet Mignon, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Green Beans Amandine, Mashed Yams, and Shishito Peppers. The fried chicken was a new concept for us because normally, I'm not a fan of ordering anything other than steak, at a steakhouse - but I'm glad we did! We ordered the steak and chicken because we were going to split it in half so we both can sample each entrée. The steak wasn't seasoned as what I've experienced at other steakhouses in the Las Vegas-Henderson-Summerlin area (definitely was under seasoned). I'm not saying the steak was awful by any means, but I expect a perfectly-seasoned steak at any 3 or 4 dollar sign steakhouses. The star performers of the night were definitely the Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp and Shishito Peppers. Everything else we ordered was good, which made the night very pleasant. The price-to-quantity/quality ratio was very reasonable and adequate. Of noteworthy significance, my Old Fashioned was made to perfection and the overall service (from the time we entered the restaurant, to when we departed), was outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant to all locals and visitors!"
"Our server Poom & Huey were absolutely fabulous they really know how to work a room. They are so natural with connection and enhance our experience this restaurant is very lucky to have them. My drink Tony’s Tropical Martini is delicious that’s a 5 star drink. The garlic cilantro sauce and steak are so good I had to write this review before I finished my food lol. Thank you all for a great night ❤️"
"This is a fantastic Steakhouse I had one of the most tender filet steaks I have ever had and the Bread Basket is to die for it's some of the best breads you will ever have. The French onion soup was a tad on the salty side but quite delicious in spite of that. They have a nice wine selection here and I like that all of them are not over 60 or $70 you can actually find some that are reasonable. They have some excellent Booth seating here and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very ritzy with white tablecloths and Broad comfortable chairs."
"Very tender porter house steak. They have an amazing red wine reduction sauce that must be ordered in advance because it takes time to make it fresh. It's awesome. Pretty good baked potato and bacon wrapped shrimp. This place isn't cheap about 70 a steak but very good."
