Sonic Drive-In 377 North Nellis Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89110

"The food was wonderful. It is the only reason I will continue to go there. But there is a young man that was beyond rude and obnoxious. First he came to my vehicle and asked if I was trying to order something after I had alreay ordered on both my mobile app and checked in but also on the speaker too. I said yes and he said something under his breath and walked away. Then he brought my order out and there were 3 drinks to which I asked what is that, I only ordered 2 drinks and he snatched the receipt as if I was wrong and read it to me in a very snotty tone and found he was wrong and then instead of just saying do you want it anyway and telling me what it was he snatched it out of the tray nearly causing my drinks to fall and said fine if you dont want it and started walking away and I answered I dont even know what it was but sure l'll take it and he turned around again with snotty attitude and said too bad blew me a kiss and "sacheted" back in the building. None of this behavior was warranted or necessary. Asked for manager and a nice young lady came out I told her and she said she would talk to manager about it and that he was in the wrong."

"The stupidest dumbest people are here!! SLOW SLOW. WRONG ORDERS. They ask you what you ordered at least five times. I wish they had better staff here. Like Sonic but not worth the 35 minutes in line for a freaking corn dog."

"I was served popcorn chicken that was hard as rocks. Chili and cheese on coney dog and tots was dried up and old like it been sitting for some time. The popcorn chicken was replaced but it’s unacceptable to serve food like this."

"Went this morning to grab a bite before dealing with errands at 9:34 a.m today. The girl handling the drive thru was completely uninterested in providing any kind of service. There was an issue with my card reading and as I was asking if we could split it cash+card she kept cutting me off, interrupting me and taking the order of the car behind us (mind you, we had just been told the card wasn't reading) while not answering whether or not I could do split pay. It was like she just expected me to drove off and not get my food even though I was literally trying to pay still. By the time she answered the question and said no they couldnt do that because the order was already in the system, I had transferred money to my other bank account and had that card held out to pay. Absolutely terrible service. I get its fast food but there should be some basic level of customer service. I'll make the drive to the other Sonic. Food wise: the hotdog, I got tasted old like it was sitting awhile but everything else was good. The slush machine was down besides that it was pretty on par for sonic food."

"Worst sonic. I live around the corner and wish I didn't come here often for the sonic blasts. You wait for a half hour and then when you get it you have to go back and wait another half hour to get it fixed. I ask for whipped cream and hot fudge topping and it says it comes with vanilla ice cream but when I get it, it's seriously like they gave you nothing but hot fudge... it happens over and over at this sonic, but not at others. Don't come here unless it's really worth it."
