"This is a nice little school. The teachers and assistance are great. Mrs. Pam and and Mrs. Tammy are one of their many good teachers and assistant. But in cannot say the same for the staff working in the office. Apparantly, the staff thinks just because you're a mother you do not work an sit around next to your phone waiting for them to call you. I've had a several issues with their office not notifying me ahead of time to go in the office to fill out papers. My kids got sent home because the staff didn't notify me that my kids needed additional exams. This was after i asked if they needed anything and i was told no everything they needed was there. They call me the day off wanting me to leave work early to go in and sign papers. They lie about they called me but couldn't get ahold of me. But i was never left a voice mail. Their office communication is the worst. I'm not sure if I'm the only one who's had that issue. It's just ridiculous because they assume I'm just home doing nothing. When i work an 8 hour job monday through friday. My job is not flexible as they assume it is. Over all the teachers and assistants are great but they need to do something about their staff in the office."

"Me and my fiance sat and waited for 40 minutes in the parking lot because there was a note on the door stating they were on a field trip and would be back at 12p.m .... not really getting back til 1240 we seen a lady pull up and open the doors therefore we assumed they were open but when we went to the door a heavyset black rude lady with freckles/moles all around her face (wish i wouldve gotten a name) came out with an attitude "can i help you with something?" As if we were bothering her or something or as if IT WASNT A PLACE OF BUSINESS THAT NEEDS THE PUBLIC ASSISTANCE & VISE VERSA my point of this review was to say that there was absolutely NO POINT IN HAVING AN ATTITUDE ... customer service most definitely needs to remain #1 when being apart of an establishment... this review is not for Acelero learning center but simply for the staff like c'mon now u should wanna show parents they can trust leaving their child with u and thats not what i got... not giving up but just not going to the 1 on mlk/carey hopefully different facilities have better customer service"
