"Young kid working the cash register in the light blue shirt needs to work back of house where he can yawn and be half asleep and disengaged away from the public eye. How he got through an interview is beyond me. There was a line of 5 people in front of me. Not once did he smile. Not once did he actively engage anyone. In fact, he was repeatedly yawning (not even covering his mouth, ew), staring off into space, and when he did speak it was like he was half asleep and in monotone. I told him my name for my order. He put down something not even close to my name, so they are calling out my order in a crowded place and no one coming up. Another worker asks him if he got the name correct and without hesitation he says yes. Luckily the lady asked me what I ordered and turns out it was my food. She says to the kid her name is Brynn. He just shrugs , doesn't apologize to me, or to his team for being a waste of space. There's no hope for these kids coming into the workforce if they are all going to be like this. AI would be more engaging and accurate. Sad!"

"If you are craving bagels-- you can't ask for more than Einstein brothers bagels! Any kind of bagel you can imagine they can make-- and the bagels are made just the right way. The perfect texture and flavor. I always get double cream cheese an a lot of napkins, lol. Enjoy!"

"Always busy and takes awhile to get your food. I waited an hour. Nobody ever told me they didn't have an item in my order. They did rectify the situation, but you always run into some issue on a weekend. I wish they were a bit more careful about cross contamination, specifically hands touching meat and then vegetarian options."

"Stood in line over 12 minutes just to place my order, took additional 18 minutes to get my order and all I ordered was one bacon and cheddar sandwich. The garbage is overflowing on the outside of the overall appearance of this location is terrible I tried to address the manager Marina and all I got was pushback as a change in the garbage out front was too much she stated (it’s not their responsibility) the doors are terrible the glass inside the location is dirty same with the inside of the cooler it’s filthy they take no pride in cleanliness customer service was the worst. This place really needs a step up on how they present their business and how they treat their customers and take responsibility with the issues that they lack."
