Del Taco

"Interesting. Says open 24 hours and moreover that was evidently confirmed by business only just 2 weeks ago. Yet when I went there after a night out at around a quarter after 4am I was told it was end of day and that no more orders were to be taken until 5. I get it might be a bit of a pain to serve customers that early in the morning (especially if there's maybe only one person on duty and I wouldn't put that past the restaurant), but like,  if you're going to state that you're open all night - in Vegas of all places, an area that perhaps outside of NYC can arguably claim to be another "city that never sleeps" - but then aren't actually going to deliver in the small hours of the morning (on a Friday/Saturday overnight, when locals and visitors from out of town conceivably might be looking for a bite to eat and other places have shut down operations - because they're actually following their stated hours) then... maybe just don't. It's even more egregious when I went to a location closer to home that also says it's 24 hours and was served no problem (and still before 5am, no less)."

"Went through drive thru tonight and staff was on point. Food was great and the service was fantastic. They were very quick too. Appreciate it!"

"Sunday, January 14th @ 3:19 am I do Uber and DoorDash. I went to the speaker to tell them that I have an order. They tel me to come to the window. I wait 20 minutes and finally get to the window and there is a young black lady. She says “hold on”. I wait another 2 minutes and a fat Mexican bald guy comes to the window yelling at me telling me that he doesn’t have the order. I’m not sure why he was yelling. But he slammed the window door in my face. I then continue to start putting my car into drive and he opens the door and starts yelling at me again saying “YOU NEED TO PULL FORWARD SO THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOU CAN COME FORWARD!” I can’t take 2 seconds to put my car into drive? I am now sitting outside of the del taco making this review very angry. Mr tough guy things he’s all that and wants to start drama with people. And he sounds sick. If I get sick maybe I’ll mess around and sue. Because my main job is dealing with attorneys in Las Vegas. Providing that I have multiple dash cameras in my car. You know who I am and I know who you are now sir. Have a nice night."

"The food is always great at Del Taco. I dined-in around 9:30pm. I would give 5 stars except that their self-serve Coca-Cola machine was out of many flavors. Plus, ... The cashier failed to tell me that their dining room would be closing at 10pm, then approached me while I was in the middle of my meal to inform me they were closed and I had to leave at that time. She didn't even apologize! She may have assumed I knew their hours already, but I didn't. Let me tell you that assuming ANYTHING is a BIG NO-NO in communication skills and customer service skills."
