"One of the worst human beings I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you find yourself dealing with this soulless husk of a human I pity you. Will do anything she can to hurt you even further then you already are. Barely any communication, and when there is it's already too late. She embodies all the absolute worst of qualities of a debt collector. In short there's a special place in hell for people like her, and I would gladly join her there if only to watch her suffer for all the evil she's done to so many people."

"Michelle and her “assistant” were very very rude, right off the bat. I called to pay, was not argumentative or confrontational, just called to pay. They were rude and it was like a game to them. She would ask me a question and when I would answer she would cut me off and then just say the opposite. How about you just tell me then?? Also she sounds like she’s 90 and needs to retire, they could barely answer the phone. Definitely don’t trust them to take payments"

"Not willing to work on a payment plan- instead asked what I could pay, when I said I would need a plan was told they would see me in court. Talked over me, would not let me get a word in, condescending, demeaning, and incredibly rude."

"I've never had to deal with making payment plans to a lawyers office, and trying to set that up with michelle was a nightmare. Im in tears as I write this because I have never been made to feel so stupid before. She talked over me and made me feel completely incompetent. I'm being sued by a hospital for cancer treatment I can't afford, so her attitude was just the cherry on top."

"Very rude, does not care about listening to you, not empathetic, will take every dollar from you no matter what you hardship is. Will even go a great length to jump through any hoops to garnish your wages, greed is one of the worst deadly sins. It’s sad how much she doesn’t care. Won’t even work with you expects you to pay in full, jobless homeless single parent or not she does not work with you at all."
