"Apparently, this is what they feel a $10 sandwich looks like. Drove past all the homeless and trash to spend 10 minutes being ignored at the speaker in the drive thru. 25 minutes later (only 1 vehicle in front of us), we received what was supposed to be a Buffalo Chicken footlong, double meat, double cheese, and no veggies. There was a small amount of chicken. Just chicken. We were told the cause for the delay was because, on a Saturday at about 2pm, on one of the busiest intersections in the area, they "only had 1 person working." Unacceptable. Not only will we never return to that location on our weekly trip to the dogpark, we will not be returning to ANY Subway if that is the quality, service, and value we can expect. During a time when businesses should be trying their hardest, it is obvious these folks do not care."
