He immediately staved off a motion for temporary relief and successfully issued a request to change judges. Brian and his team effectively refuted slanderous accusations by my ex and he skillfully guided us to a mediated settlement, preserving our family's finances and preventing a drawn out court case which would have involved psychological evaluations and courtroom testimony for our children. I posed many questions to Brian, and pushed back numerous times in areas that concerned me. Brian consistently, concisely, and respectfully addressed my concerns. I really hope I never have to go through another divorce, but if I did, I would feel confident having Brian by my side once again."

"Kelsey law office in Cambridge, MN stands against freedom of speech. No matter what your political affiliation is- you have the right to stand on public property with a sign and talk about your beliefs. You can not block an entrance or impede traffic with a permit which we were not. We were standing on public property- the sidewalk along Hwy 95. The parking lot is behind us and we were not blocking any entrance for pedestrians or vehicles. They came out first to tell us to move because I was standing on the blvd between the parking lot and sidewalk on the landscaping while rocks setting up my American flag. I apologized and corrected my position immediately. They then told me that they did not want to have any affiliation with a political side. I responded that I understood, thanked her for letting me know and started that it would not happen again. She walked away. Then she and a man told another person in our group that they were going to call the police because we were blocking their right of way. We were not blocking any entrances or driveways- there were 7 of us on a public sidewalk and standing single file 6ft apart. The sidewalk we were utilizing did not lead to their business. We had only the signs we could carry so there were no signs on their property. I responded that they were welcome to call the police because I have already spoken with the police two weeks before to alert them of our march but the rest of our group did not want to cause a scene or get anyone upset. We moved down the road as our goal as a group is to promote peace at all costs. They were extremely agitated by our waving American flags, and democratic and pro-women’s rights signage while waving to passers-by. We must have looked like a menacing bunch. ☺️ This company does not support the freedoms of this country and is a law firm that does not comprehend how the law works in such simple matters. A simple google search would have them looking less anti-American. Support democracy! Go USA!! Thanks to Kelsey for letting us know where not to do business very easily."

"I consulted 2 attorneys on the restraining order I got against my stalker, harasser & attacker years ago. I qualified for an order for protection. This lawfirm claimed I didn't have a case, etc. 100% inaccurate! This lawfirm is the rudest, most corrupt, Inept, laziest and inaccurate I've ever spoken to. I consulted a second local attorney and without an attorney based off of the advice of the other second law firm that was competent I won my case. This so called law firm I'm rating here was 100% wrong! They were rude on top of it. And it involved my very life and safety. I'm 100% disabled too. The person had attacked me, stole from me, hurt my pets, hurt me and threatened my very life. I would never send anyone to this attorney nor firm. They're reprehensible. They're way worse than I'd heard from county clerks. The local judge ruled in my favor without an attorney the person I had to protect myself against is wealthy, powerful and had the best attorney in the state. After the advice of the other law firm not dirty or incompetent like this one. Ive been safer from my attacker. He violated the restraining order a minimum of 5x also. I'd never ever refer anyone to this attorney nor firm. Not ever. They're horrible."

"Horrific Advice! Almost three years ago this "Law Office" negotiated a one day visit with my Lawyer for my soon to be ex-husband to see our 2 year old daughter. Then this "Law Office" advised my ex-husband and his family to keep my daughter for "a while", to give them an advantage in the court room. Essentially keeping my daughter as a bargaining chip with no regard for her welfare. Three years later my daughter still has to sleep by my side and has abandonment issues. Based on my interaction with Michelle Kelsey I would say run - find an honest, ethical, morally sound lawyer to support you. You shouldn't have to manipulate people to win court cases. And to the Owner - you can't keep saying people haven't worked with you... it's obvious you deserve these bad reviews."
