"I’ve been coming to this place for years; since 2018 I think. They’ve always been my go-to. I’ve always brought guests from out of town here who talk about it even years after trying it for the first time, and always want to come back. Their quality has always been great along with the service. They changed a few things around recently and now their quality is EXCEPTIONALLY great. Everything I had today was superior melt-in-your-mouth quality fish cuts. I love escolar and highly recommend their super white nigiri as well as the Iron Man roll. I also had yellow tail and salmon nigiri. All consistently great and they topped the nigiri with extra garnish of sashimi of the same fish. 11 years in Vegas and I’ve tried a couple dozen places, and this place is a clear winner for the cafe style/bar sushi experience. The gyoza was done perfectly with a perfect one-sided sear, and the best I ever had, even in flavor. Please give this place a try if it’s quality you are looking for. What I personally love about the restaurant itself is that it’s not full of loud gimmicks to attract the younger crowd. The place is clean and quiet enough to have a conversation and everybody who works here is very friendly, and if you come alone the masters behind the bar love conversation. The options below don’t list everything I had today to recommend, but you will get top quality in whatever you try!"

We came here again today and wow! You get quality service, huge portions and a very nice atmosphere. We enjoyed blue tail, uni. salmon and some oysters along with a couple rolls. Everything is great!"
