"I just recently went through the POA/Will and Warranty Deed process with my mother in law. Unfortunately things were misspelled and the date was notarized incorrectly on the original documents. This led to having to go back to meet with the attorney Eric and resign half of the documents. Once these were signed again, my mother in law followed up with the office to see where the warranty deed was, she was never called back, never sent a copy and just kept getting the run around. When I finally called, I was able to get a copy of the warranty deed sent to her electronically since it was in their system--wondering why it took from May to August to get an electronic copy of something they had all along. This process was a very difficult one for her mentally and physically. You would hope that people that are in this business would care about how they treat people when dealing with hard life decisions however this law office clearly does not. Disappointed to say the least, will NEVER go back, refer or have anything good to say about this office to anyone."
