"1. Despite closing at 10, will lock the doors at 8:30. Id understand 9pm, but 8:30pm?? Seriously?? 2. Very poor service. Barely pay attention to you, and contradict eachother. Example: ask if you can do two separate orders through the drive through. One person would say yes, another will say no. Same goes for how you can use your coupons. It's very uncomfortable because you don't know which way is how you're supposed to do stuff. 3. Sometimes literally runs out of chicken with an ETA of an hour. Literally how? I used to work at a fast food chain, and one of the most important things is to make sure you have literally the main thing you serve. P.S., these are two separate occasions, with 1 and 2 being today. We literally came to the door/just rolled up, they stared at us, then as soon as we went up they locked it and walked away."
