"Place doesn’t know how to turn themselves offline and falsely advertises 24 hr service. Used the app to order food just for shift manager to be outside smoking refusing to make order. Tells me he can’t refund order and also can’t provide the food. But to wait a couple hours and the order would refund. It’s fine they’re closed what’s not fine is refusing to cancel my mobile order so I could order at another location or maybe giving my money back instead of holding on to my money with no proof of a refund. Why can’t you just make sure you’re listed as closed so the situation doesn’t happen again. Or the very least give the customer their money back and cancel the mobile order."

"At least they are usually open when I get off work at 3am. My only complaint is that they have no ability to know when food has expired quality control standards if there is even any) yet they will still serve it to paying customers. I hate having to get back in line to have fresh food."
"Today is my wife's birthday and she was craving mcgriddles sp we ordered the 2 for 5 and they came out so delicious we ordered extra egg on my wife's and they hooked it up today omg definitely the biggest mcgriddles we've ever got our server Charlize was so nice and sweet to us and the baby and the our puppy lol we really appreciate it everything was perfect today"
