"This place is always a hit and Miss as far as your order but this time!! Worst Service EVER!!! I was in the drive-through. I ordered a wet bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and sour cream in the burrito and I did not get it but what made it worse! Is that they all said that it was in there and then even the Cook came to the window and said yeah I put the Sour Cream in there. He straight out lied to my face !!!! I will not be going back there and I was a faithful customer. I figure when they’re good they’re on point and when it’s a miss it’s 100% a miss but this Time….. This Time… There’s no excuse for that. Why lie about something like that very disappointed!!"

"The lady at the drive thru is very rude, she always seems so annoyed when you arrive at the window, also theyre so stingy with the sauces, to the point where they only give you 2 and no more than that, don't even bother asking for more because she will say that it's "Policy". No other Roberto's is like this with their sauces. They really need to get a new Drive Thru Cashier because she is just unprofessional, rude and condescending."

"I ordered a menudo the worst I ever had. Did not taste like menudo at all. It was served o a thin plastic bowl. Menudo was cold. Nicely asked if it can be heated up. Still wasn’t hot enough."

"We went here at 6:21 on a Friday just for carne asada fries we asked for 3 green sauces since we don’t get red sauce a worker name Maria looked annoyed and told us she could give us only 2 sauces because is a rule they have and we told her we didn’t have any problem paying more yet she came out with an attitude and said she wouldn’t take more money or give us more. We’ve never had a problem like this in any other shops except with this one. Worst customer service just expect to get your day ruined by a lady named Maria! We called the next day to talk with the manager and we ended up getting updated that she did give us a false name and they did have claims from her of other clients!"

"I don't know what was wrong with my food last night but I think it was bad I ended up throwing it away and the last time I ordered food I gave it to my dog the woman that takes the orders for drive-thru is always rude and woman that takes the orders at the counter was mean to a homeless man buying food he wasn't doing anything wrong he ordered then she wouldn't let him have salsa my friend and I have Decided not to return since every visit has been bad. The napkins are super cheap the worst I've ever seen you have to use a bunch of them"
