Big Chicken

"Big Chicken in Vegas was a pleasant surprise for a fast food spot. The quality of chicken and soda options was notably better than expected. They offer a good variety of spices, which really adds to the experience. Prices felt fair, and it's a hit with kids too; mine, aged 8 and 10, absolutely loved it. The coleslaw was a bit "tired" and not very crunchy and fresh. For a fast food chain, it's definitely above average. A decent choice if you're looking for something quick and tasty."

"I ordered through Door dash so couldn't tell you how the service was but when I opened the bag it was very nice to see it wasn't all over the place. I ordered the Ultimate with the sauce on the side (I'm picky with sauces). The chicken sandwich was good but not that much difference in other chicken sandwiches. The sauce was good had it with my frys. All in all, this Texas gal enjoyed trying something new."

"I've heard about Shaq's Big Chicken joint and how big the portions were, so I was intrigued and ready to dive in. My last meal in Las Vegas was an Uncle Jerome Nashville Hot chicken sandwich that was flowing with sauce which created the perfect bite ratio. To extinguish the heat of the sandwich, the salted caramel milkshake I requested was in order. I loved how there were caramel cookie crumbles swirled throughout the drink giving it a surprising texture."

"The staff was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, it marked our first and likely final visit. My daughter ordered the kids' nuggets and fries, but the nuggets (or popcorn chicken) were dry and tasted of old oil, with an overwhelming 98% breading to 2% chicken ratio. I would not recommend this dish. My oldest daughter opted for the tenders. While the first tender was good and tasted "fresh," the other two were unremarkable. I ordered Uncle Jerome's, and while the chicken was juicy, the promised Nashville hot flavor was entirely absent. I rate that sandwich a modest 3/10. My wife selected dirty fries and wings. The fries were commendable – saucy and flavorful. However, the wings presented a mixed experience. Four out of five were amazing, with great flavor, proper saucing, and crispiness. Unfortunately, one wing was disgusting, showing black residue as if it had been previously fried, frozen, refried, and frozen again. This was off-putting and made her sick. We also shared a side of Mac and cheese, which arrived 15 minutes after our main dishes. Regrettably, it was disgusting and lacked flavor. The pasta was overcooked and mushy, needing more salt, pepper, and attention to detail. Finally, the big cookie was honestly the best part of our meal. Despite spending nearly $85, our overall experience left us thoroughly disappointed and feeling robbed."

"Had to come to see what hype was all about with Shaq's spot & was it just a gimmick. Everything was simple but was nicely laid out. They have different chicken sandwiches but also serve alcohol. They have a bunch of options for toppings & sauces. The fries are cooked to order, so they're hot. They're thinly cut but has a good crisp but also soft taste. The chicken is large & has a bunch of pickles. It was good & I understand why they talk good about it. You have to give it a try."
