"It started with the 1st “salesman” saying my new water softener was going to be refurbished…. I’m ok with that !! It was literally taken from a house in Glenwood and brought straight to my house that morning. I know this because the “installer” told me. The unit still had dirty fingerprints when it was taken in my basement. ( I forgot to mention my original softener actually worked according to the 2nd “installer” too so I actually did not need to buy another softener but he was already at my house. ) Then, I asked about “setting” the softener and he said “it will be set when installed. ( installer never checked any water ). There’s more nonsense that went on too that made me know I’d never call this company again as well BUT, the biggest thing is in my BRAND NEW remodeled basement bathroom… the “installer” unhooked the waterlines for the (new) used softener and never brought in one bucket or towel to catch water. He completely soaked my newly remodeled Sheetrock wall. Yes, I had to replace my wall again. Literally, I mean literally there’s not one single thing that I was happy about with this company. I work with the public consumer in our town everyday. This company needs employee training. Or customer service or something. Many months have gone by. I’ve thought about this statement I’m making….. it’s true. I’m very dissatisfied. Again, nothing good about calling this company. Nothing but headaches and literally thousands of dollars wasted because of lack of work ethic."
