"The pozole was very tasty, as always. But in this restaurant, it somehow came without meat, only bones. And there were a lot of peas and legumes. I left hungry and immediately went to McDonald's across the street. At least I could have a decent meal there. By the way, the pozole was priced at around $16. I don’t know why they ask for tips right away. The question is, for what?"

"Tonight was disappointing. I ordered carne asada steak fries. It tasted like it wasn't cooked right and I had to spit out the hard chewy texture of the steak. I used to come to this location quite often in the past 5 years and I was satisfied. The last three times their service was not great, and appeared to be rude or angry whenever I arrive to take my order. A few months back it didn't taste right, but it was just okay. But I stopped going because of how expensive it was getting. Tonight, I paid $16 for a meal and it is much worse than last time. I won't come back here again after giving this another try."

"12/29/2023. I always buy from this location and usually every cashier is nice except for the one they had working tonight. argued with me over the way I wanted MY food that I PAID W MY MONEY. after violating me, she asked if I was “okay” with a attitude? Like where’s your professionalism. She gave me my food and then followed me to the door arguing w me and pointed at me to come here, AGAIN, where Is her professionalism??? It’s a shame they have somebody like that working. Seems to me like she likes to start problems as soon as she feels some type of way."

"I ordered 1 fish taco and a fry. When I got to the bottom of the box, there was a "wire" or piece of something in the rest of my food. I took it back across the street, spoke to one lady she said the manager is coming . I said ok. A young man walked up to the counter to look at the food. I asked him if he was the manager. He looked at the food looked at me and threw his hand up at me as if to say "whatever". The manager finally showed up 15 mins later to tell me because most of the food was gone, and the piece of whatever wasn't on any food that i wasn't able to get a refund or any accommodations. I don't recommend going to this Rivas. The manager was not understanding, didn't want to hear anything I had to say. Very Very rude. I bought food from there prior to this, and just expected more from them. I will not be returning and will also be spreading the word about Rivas #2. To Rivas Supervisor: Please do better with your customer service . I will be reviewing on all platforms. It may not mean much to you, however i will tell everyone speak to and let them know not to support Rivas #2."

"Opened my asada fries and the cheese wasn’t even melted and the food was cold! Plus this big ball of cheese in the middle of the plate. Do better and pay attention."
