Einstein Bros. Bagels

"Opened at 6am got there @ 8:30am one prep person, 1 cashier. Bagel sandwich great but hashbrown was stuck inside paper bag kind of disappointing and no fresh orange juice after order done and sat down orange juice was filled and premaid and ready, That sucks paid more for cranberry juice pre bottled and not included with meal."

"The food obviously was amazing but the crew seemed overwhelmed with the rush at noon and the older lady had a really strong voice and the cash register guy got the order wrong so i had to wait in line and order again and the computers were so slow during my tap buy. Also when i got all the bagels none of them were cut in half it was so messy and hard to eat when they didn't cut in half. This is thus far the only location I've seen not to cut bagels. Please have the crew be more calm and cut bagels"

"The staff (not including the manager) were so friendly and kind and attentive. The manager was rude and obnoxious and even yelled at the customers and berated the staff to the point one staff on register even started crying even though she was working register, drinks, and food all at once per demand of the manager and then yelled at for not being productive enough. Absolutely the worst manager I've ever witnessed in my life! The staff managed to keep smiling and remain on task regardless of the constant criticism and bullying by their manager, and I'm very proud of them for keeping it together! This restaurant is in desperate need of new management, someone who is kind and motivating and makes the staff feel supported and seen! Otherwise, the food was amazing and fresh and the staff were kind and friendly! Hopefully this message gets seen and heard by the people who are in charge of hiring! Get these staff a manager they deserve! Not some power hungry Karen."

"I've been coming here for lunch. The food is good and comes out quick. Even during lunch rush they get people through pretty quickly. The customer service is excellent and they have never gotten my order wrong. Also, I generally recommend two eggs on the breakfast bagels (except the brisket one already has plenty on it)."

"Recently had breakfast at this location for heading out hiking. Well busy it was not anything crazy or complicated. The bagel sandwiches were delicious. what was the most concerning was the way in which the manager was addressing the staff it seemed very condescending as she was barking orders throughout my visit. They were out of several bagel types during the time in which we had breakfast Overall, the restaurant was extremely clean and a great location."
