"I hate this location with a passion! Why is the service always turtle speed!? I had to wait 10mins in the drive thru. I can’t get out cause I’m stuck between cars so I have no other choice but to wait!! You put your order in just for them to tell you they don’t have an item!!! It’s they make you wait in the lurking lot because they don’t have food ready. I couldn’t get macaroni because it was forzen. It pisses you off waiting for food in your car just to see people walk on and out with food when you’ve ordered 15mins ago! I hate this location!"

"I pulled up through your drive through. This was tonight about an hour ago. I had never used your app before and as I told the woman at the window that I needed to use my app for some of the order. She told me she didn’t know how to use the app she’s never used it and Popeyes hasn't trained them on the app. I asked was she the manager she said yes, her name was Tracy. She then went on to say she doesn’t eat here she eats real food. And I need to pull around because it’s people behind me that will be paying full price and I need to pull around. I told her that’s not going to change the fact I don’t know how to use the app for some of my order. She told me where the next Popeyes was and I needed to go there cause she can’t help me. I’m the owner of a small business, no customer should be treated the way I was by her. Popeyes needs to train her or replace hasn't. You shouldn’t be able to treat people any kind of way cause they’re using the app for a partial payment. It’s mean and uncalled for. Please address this with her. "I dislike writing bad reviews but this was a rough visit. Doors were locked when we got there and someone pointed us to go through the terribles entrance. The way in was blocked by trash cans but again someone told us that we could pass through. After waiting in a short line for half an hour and still not having an order taken it was pretty apparent that they are very understaffed for the amount of business they do. They were trying to close their lobby and just do drive drive through and internet orders. We left to grab lunch elsewhere. Popeyes is delicious but they need way more staff to deal with that amount of business. I would recommend ordering ahead and still be prepared for it to take some time."

"1st visit Nice employees! Fresh and nice sized nuggets, wonderful biscuits! I enjoyed every bite. Really good chicken sandwich!! Biscuits were FRESH! Recommend this location! 2nd visit the dude was very rude, chicken nuggets were over done, wasn't asked which sauces we needed for 36 nuggets! Dry, and overcooked. Sad to see people working here that ruin the experience and food."
