"Ordered a large fry asked for it to be fresh. The guy was super nice and said sure. Got them and they were great. Went back asked for fresh fries again and added overly priced nuggets. The other guy that helped me before was gone. The other guy took old fries and put them back in the grease. I said “are you serious “ then he dumped them back out and served them to someone else then dropped fresh ones. The nuggets tasted as if they were warmed in the microwave. Had my husband go back and get my money back for the nuggets."

Her infectious smile and upbeat attitude immediately pumped up my energy, creating a positive atmosphere that made my visit memorable. I was so delighted by her service that I felt like giving her a hug and expressing my gratitude, but I opted to keep it low-key to avoid any potential embarrassment. Nevertheless, her exceptional customer service deserves a five-star rating. As for the food, while the burger was okay and didn't quite hit the mark of the best I've had, the overall experience was positively influenced by the outstanding service. Hence, I'd rate the food at three stars. In conclusion, Burger King on December 26th stands out not just for the meal but for the remarkable lady who brightened my day with her welcoming demeanor. Her excellent service deserves all five stars, and despite the average burger, I left with a smile thanks to her. Kudos to the staff for making the visit memorable."

"Completely disgusting restaurant , food was nasty. I order a new one meal with large fries and my fries were cold and my burger wasn’t cooked all the way and when i tried to get it remade the worker just dismissed me claiming it was cooked, couldn’t even enjoy a meal and to top it off a bug was crawl in the dirty tables that look like they barely clean for new customers. Is white lady chubby blonde curl hair women with glasses was completely rude to me and didn’t listen to a word I had to say when all i was trying to do is ask her if they take cash. Instead of saying yes or no she completely cut me off and directed me to a kiosk that only accept card all because she didn’t want to do her job."

"This is a kiosk only location, meaning you can't order from a person, you have to use the touch-screen to order. It's a sorry excuse for a well-trained worker, but the touch screen menu tree is not particularly intuitive, so it takes a second to figure out your options, transitioning that work from the company, whom you're paying, to the customer, who is the one paying, but now has to do the work that used to be done by a human. And it's not like they lowered the prices for them dumping that work on you. In fact it's a lot more expensive than it used to be. And get this: they got my order wrong! Disappointed."

"Not a good experience. Only three of us in line, but I notice alot of sandwiches under the heat lamp. I knew what was up. Before I could even get my card out of the machine, my order was ready. The sausage croissant sandwich was not fresh at all, and hardly had any warmth to it at all. I would have preferred to wait 5 or 10 minutes for something fresh. I thought fast food places had stopped this horrible practice years ago. I guess I thought wrong. I won't be back. ☹ I don't recommend this place."
