"Second time I've been in sprouts first time was the one In Henderson the star must have been new because it was quite impressive period. This store right here We both got the Heb gbs as soon as we walked in then The employees stared at us like we were poison . I do realize it's hard to motivate a $10 an hour Employee.. But besides all that we bought a couple prepared meals for lunches the next day,, Salmon dinners with Those little lettuce heads. That salmon was spoiled... I've ate salmon for decades I can tell when salmon is good. Anyway needless to say we won't be going back any time soon nothing impressed us... Have a good day"
"Simply love our Sprouts grocer. We know almost everyone there, which says a lot about the place. It's small enough to know each patron and big enough to carry everything you need. Everyone genuinely seems to enjoy working there, too. They smile and laugh a lot."
"Be careful, just because the store is open doesn’t necessarily mean the sandwich shop is open. I went there at 2:45 on 12/24/23 and they said because we’re short staffed, no sandwiches will be made or available at the sandwich station. I just assumed that if you’re open, this means that all your facilities would be open. This is not the case at this Silverado Ranch location. I seen the bad reviews at this store and thought I’d still give it a try. Not going to make that mistake again. Spoke to lady near the register saying she was the supervisor, and she verified that just because we’re open doesn’t necessarily mean all parts of the store are open. She cited lack of help was the reason. I realize it’s Christmas Eve, but I did call Green Valley Store and they assured me their sandwich shop was open. Poor management at this location is pretty obvious."
"I have to say, folks, I'm not too thrilled about the recent incident today 11/16/23 at our local Sprouts market. Apparently, the Manager, Ed, made a questionable decision by kicking an American veteran off the property. I mean, come on! Don't we all have a duty to respect those who have served our country? It's just downright disrespectful and goes against our values as a community. As a manager, Ed should know better than anyone that customer service is of utmost importance. We should be embracing and supporting our veterans instead of pushing them away. Personally, I find it disappointing and disheartening that Sprouts would allow such behavior from their staff. It's definitely made me reconsider where I'll be doing my grocery shopping from now on. Ed then said something quite outrageous! Ed, being very outspoken, became loud with me and boldly declared that Sprouts DOES NOT SUPPORT VETERANS or any form of solicitation for that matter. Sprouts needs to take a good hard look at their policies seriously. I mean, come on guys! We're talking about disrespecting Americans who have PUT THEIR LIVES ON THE LINE for this country. That's no small feat, let me tell you. It's pretty outrageous and honestly VERY disappointing /disrespectful that a company like Sprouts Market would even think about doing something like this. We should be supporting our Veterans and showing them the utmost respect, not treating them as if their sacrifices didn't matter."
"I walked in for a quick lunch and went to wash my hands before buying food. I clearly seen the security following me as if I was a criminal. Maybe because I’m Hispanic that’s why I was followed. It was a very unpleasant feeling. We purchase all our vitamins from here when we run low. I don’t know if I’d come back here. I can actually say I felt racially profiled. On a good note my salad was great."
