"On 3-20-2024 I ordered the classic chicken burrito for the first time in over a month. This time it was much smaller than normal. I asked the shift lead (a younger gentleman) I did not think to get his name but he said it was the correct size. If they downsized them then my apologies for being wrong but if I was given a lesser value than what I paid for then they need to do better. I would love to have a reply from management if possible please."
"How do you run out of chicken at pollo loco , it was a 25 min wait for an 8 piece. I never come to this location but when I do it’s disappointing. A 25 min wait means they were just putting it down."
"At this location you place your own food order at one of two kiosks at their front counter. The touch screen was very easy to navigate and had pictures of each menu item. I liked that I was even able to select the number of sauces that I needed. The only form of payment accepted at the kiosk are credit/debit cards. My food order came out promptly and the chicken was hot off the grill."
"I haven't been to Pollo Loco in awhile. The seasonal Chicken Corn salad was excellent. No cashiers at this new location, which I'm not a fan off myself but excellent service none the less."
