Teriyaki Madness

"The wait is just rediculous, when you order they say what time to come which can take up to 30 minutes but you wait another 30-45 minutes for one meal. They don't greet you or ask you anything, you basically need to talk or ask questions but the cooks in the back are the ones who has an attitude and starts talking about you or others in Spanish which they don't realize people can understand them. It's like they have no good feeling in there and it's sad because it makes the atmosphere in there dead. It's like they don't do your order until you get there even if you do your order online. The food was alright it wasn't great, but I wouldn't go there again and it was my first and last but they need to have better people in that job including the manager."

"Well, the food was OK compared to so many other places that sells the same thing the price keeps going the customer service was OK. It wasn’t bad could be a little bit better. People should have a little bit patience always at a rush when they trying to take your order, but other than that it was OK."

"By far some of the worst customer service I’ve seen, they do not greet you. When you walk in, they will stare at you until you talk to them first. The waiting time is also ridiculous for this place. I would highly recommend retraining your staff on the basics of Customer Service. If a person is spending almost $40 for a meal for two, I would expect much more out of this place."

"My chicken teriyaki was REALLY good! And my husband liked his spicy beef bowl ok, but I'm only giving them three stars because when he showed them an email with a special offer that said to redeem with online orders, the app, or with a walk in at the checkout counter, the girl said she couldn't honor it, and said it was walk-ins only. She didn't even ask anyone else, like a manager, to help in case we did the order wrong (maybe we needed to order drinks with it? Idk...) but a little help or explanation would've been nice instead of putting her hands up, then practically throwing the bag of food across the counter at him, then turning her back like she was done helping him. My husband told her that the email was the only reason that we were trying this place for the first time, and he had planned on tipping her well, but not with the treatment he received. He still doesn't know what he did wrong to not get the deal. Next time we'll go to a different one, like the one on N.Decatur St. I've met some employees from there when they were shopping where I work, and these young women were so sweet! And they personally invited me to come order food at their location. I really did love that chicken bowl, next time we'll drive farther to get better service."
