I'm not talking about extra stuff, I'm talking about sauces that are supposed to come with food. Example: marinara sauce with mozzarella sticks, syrup with french toast sticks."

"At 6:20am on Monday 2/26 the lobby doors were still locked, staff inside just shrugged her shoulders, suggested the drive thru. I just got off the bus in front of the restaurant. Planned my breakfast here, hoping to start my day off with a delicious Breakfast Jack, oh well I'll have to go to McDonald's or BK."

"I always order on the jack in the box app. For those of you who want a good deal, download the app.. they have 2 tacos for $1, 2 jumbo Jack's for $5, and 2 for $3 breakfast sandwiches that you can only order on the app. The food always tastes freshly made and the wait times are always low. I'm surprised that this location is not always busy. The lobby is also open 24 hrs a day which is crazy. Only downside is all the homeless around there."

"Ordered $45 worth of food on mobile app. Sat at speaker for 5 mins after someone said they would be right with us. After waiting that amount of time we drove up to the window where two different employees including a man and a red shirt saw sitting there and did not acknowledge us at all until I started waving my hands and trying to get their attention. Told them we were here for a mobile order sat at the window for another 5 minutes until they came out and told us to park around out front. We have been here for almost an hour and still do not have our food."
