"Absolutely rude I came in for a uber eats and the person at register demanded I swipe on my phone when the full order wasn't completely informt of me , no one greeted me at all or anything as well. Do BETTER . THIS IS NOT RIGHT. When I said he didn't have the dull order infront if me he continued to demand I verify the order. 02/05 swing going onto night shift."

"On 1/05/2024 9:23:26pm we ordered a good amount of food. The two women who were working were so disrespectful and rude. They made every customer go around and go inside because they didn't want to just do their job. They said this everyone else that they were busy but that wasn't the case. The gentlemen that was there, did his job was working in preparation of the food. The woman at the drive thru who had No name tag to help identify her and didn't look for the order didn't make any eye contact at the drive-thru. When they found the order which was sitting in the pick up counter the whole time the younger lady who had reddish color hair and her horrid eye lashes with her poor vocabulary words including "hella" over and over. The older woman did nothing but play dumb and made no attempt to help any the customers quickly accumulated in the lobby. She returns to the counter and as she is throwing the bag of food it opens up, which I ordered through the mobile app and she yelled "get out of my store" and walked away. As she was amused by what she has done. That is so disrespectful and unnecessary. I have been in customer service for more 10+ years and NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED IN THAT MATTER. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. An employee like that hurts the business. I order from this location a lot and I can't go back there."

"Just went through the drive thru and whoever was working on Sunday December 10,2023 around 6:38pm is very rude. We asked for loaded tacos and were told they didn’t have any. Cool. The only other thing we wanted were the mini cinnamon buns. We said it once and she apparently didn’t understand what we said so we said it again and then she just stopped responding. First time in Vegas from NC and unfortunately this was just one more display of bad customer service to add to the list."

"Felt kinda rushed....just for them to get a modification wrong ANYWAY. LITERALLY, the ONLY difference between the three star rating I gave them and the five stars they would have otherwise gotten. Food was freshly made. Attention to detail is the only issue."
