Panda Express

"Ordered through the Panda Express app, order arrived and was missing 2 of 5 bags. We attempted to contact the driver but they didn't answer. We called the store and they were very rude and said all 5 bags were picked up and we needed to contact the delivery driver. We explained the situation and the store manager said there was nothing they could do. We asked for the general manager to contact us, they took our number but we never heard back from them. Had to initiate a chargeback with the bank as we have not had a resolution from the store. Will never do business with this store again. Avoid this store as they take no responsibility for what happens."

"There is nothing like going in for some fried rice and getting a side of a yelling at me employee. Monique/Monic D yelled at me for no reason. I didn't hear/understand what she was saying to me when I walked in to place my small order. It was like I annoyed her by being there. She continued to yell at me for no reason. We all have bad days, but to yell at a customer is uncalled for. This whole experience gave me a headache. Husband said he experience the same problem less than a month ago. I am not a rude customer, but I felt very unwelcome."

"Love Panda! The food is Chinese/American food. It is very consistent food across the whole Chinese food chain. So if you like it, then you have to be happy that it tastes the same where ever you go. If you haven't tried it before, then give a try. Go try the orange chicken. It is their most famous dish!"

"This is my 1st time at this location so far I experienced a bit of a wait while sitting in line One person told me they could only give me 5 pieces of meat with my beef and broccoli but gave me a mountain of vegetables I guess she was in a bit of a rush because she also forgot that I asked her for Spring rolls And beware of the rice is completely undercooked Unless you plan on taking it home and putting it right back on the stove I suggest you go with other options or better another store This one has a lot of work to do Unless you're one of those kind of people who just doesn't care what they pay for I also ordered a bigger plate and she charged me for a 2 entree plate and then add it on an extra side Which obviously made me pay more Just be careful if you do decide to go here By the way to protect themselves and make sure that they get your money they don't offer samples so it's not like they'll let you try it before you buy it Check your food before leaving the store The drink too because all of their sodas were watered down"

"I go to any Panda Express several times a month, and to this particular Panda, at least once a week. The place is always clean, and the food always feels fresh. The only thing that annoys me in this and all Panda is the "donation". Being asked if one wants to donate money should be a more personal issue and not the entire line of customers.
