"Very unenthusiastic staff. Ordered just one melt, was told 15 min wait, ended up taking half an hour. No updates, no apologies."

"I’m from out of town. I placed an order for a future time. When I picked up my food, the food was wrong. They said they were busy and could offer me a credit or remake the food. I said remake the food bc a credit doesn’t help me. They said I had to wait, even though I should have been a priority, bc they had 5 other orders to make before they could remake my food. I waited bc I had no choice and when I got the food again, it was still wrong and looked worse than the first order they gave me!! I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give me a refund and could only give me a credit that is good for 30 days. I told them that didn’t work for me, as I was not from the area, and that I wanted my money back. I asked for a manager and they said a manager would call me bc they weren’t available. No one has called me. I called back and the store manager is still unavailable and they said she is in a meeting and they can’t contact her for 8 hours. This is the worse experience I have ever had dealing with any pizza hut establishment and I definitely wouldn’t go to this location again if I return for another vacation."

"I would like to acknowledge the staff at this Pizza Hut has knocked it out the park today! Our pizza was absolutely delicious, it was very pleasing to the eye and hot and fresh! The lady at the counter was pleasant to communicate with and was quick with her service. I just had to let them know."
