"45 minute wait in the drive threw. I started as the 5th car. Still have Cajun turkey ads out for Christmas and it's March! Got home and my 2 sandwiches were Spicy not classic. Thats the short version."
"I just purchased some chicken, the ghost pepper wings and I bite into the food to realize it had a weird taste. I thought that it was the dipping sauce at first, but it is actually the chicken itself. The chicken was spoiled, and they still cooked it and sold it, you can literally taste the putrid taste and smell. I know what fresh chicken taste like. This is also not my first time ordering these ghost pepper wings. However, they are spoiled and they are still selling them. The health department needs to be called for them. I am highly appalled after I tasted another piece I spit it out because I know that the chicken was not fresh. I tried calling and no one is answering the phone. I want my money back and I will not be going to Popeyes again because they are not doing a great job. There’s always a problem."
"Ordered popcorn shrimp and the gave me this small cup of it. I asked about it, and the person at the window said "it's a quarter pound" with an attitude. I went home and put this cup of popcorn shrimp on a scale and it was .188 lbs with the cup. I've sent a complaint and now waiting for a response."
"This has to be one of the worse Popeyes o have every been to. I wanted over 45 minutes for a order I placed over the app only for the manager and employees to have an attitude about me asking why my phone wasn’t ready. Didn’t offer a refund a drink a side or nothing for my wait."
"I walked inside the restaurant on this visit as it did not seem like the drive thru line was moving. This place is usually very busy but there was only one customer ahead of me when I walked in. I probably spent less than 10 minutes inside and got my food very quickly. Upon entering I was greeted which I loved. Lots of places don’t even bother to acknowledge you when you enter so that was nice to hear. I ordered a family meal using an online coupon which saved me a few bucks. The cashier easily accepted it and just asked me to read him the code."
