"I have no doubt that David is a great lawyer, he had great information that helped me understand the situation I was in, but is not the best at communication. He told me he would send me a retainer agreement for a simple family court case. After calling 5+ times over the span of 2 weeks to ask if he could send it, all I got in response was his assistant telling me they would relay the message. I get that people are busy and might not be able to take a case, but I would have appreciated some communication so I could call another service instead of treading water and losing valuable time. Not very professional in my opinion."
