"For a regular FAST-foodie the prices are more than my preference. However, that said... the food is on a whole other level. It'ds akin to diner level food but a high end fast food. I got the basic shack burger and custard dessert. The food was served to my table just like a diner and the crew were super friendly. I've never been happier in any other food establishment."

"Now I know why the drive thru has no line! The burger was $10 and it was NOT worth the money! The meat was lumpy, with some hard chewing small parts. I didn’t know if it was hard fat, cartilage, or something else. I stopped looking into it because it was making sick! There was a tiny piece of lettuce on the burger and the buns were coming apart as soon as I grabbed it. They barely gave us fries and they were $4 each! You are better off going to other burger places and getting a whole meal for under $10! Don’t waste your money here. I feel bad for the owners. They will not get the results they were expecting from this business. I will not be going back and I believe many people are feeling the same way."
