"Went to use a coupon, this old woman who works here had the audacity to look at me countless times as I wait to order from her to use a coupon. I thought, she’s older, she needs more time. Then she did five drive thru orders in the span of ten minutes. I’m the only customer in the building. She says to use the self order. I told her I have a coupon. I asked her to show me how to do it since I never used it. She didn’t even try to help. Hire better people. This is the same reason why everyone I know isn’t eating fast food anymore. Not only is it not good for you, the workers have a lead stare like our presence is a nuisance even though they willfully signed to do a job. Whoever owns this place, please do better and get better assets, not liabilities."

"Went through the drive thru. Ordered the 2 for 4 special that is clearly advertised on the sign they say it has changed to 2 for 5. Well your still advertising the 2 for 4 so your required to honor it I know a dollar is not a big deal however this is not the first time I have had prices misrepresented at this location. So I did not order from them and went to Jack. So just watch your receipts. I have photo of sign in question that"

"First of all, shame on you Burger King for letting your employees work in a facility with no air conditioning! Especially on this hot humid day! Everyone in there was cranky. I did not feel safe at your establishment as I saw a random person go behind the register and walk into the drive-thru stall. Luckily one of your employees saw him and ushered him out but this person appeared to be a friend of one of the people working behind the counter. As I was waiting for my order, another customer came in and began an argument with the drive-through person because apparently they had had a verbal altercation through the drive-thru window! I ordered a large french fry for $3.79 only to find out when it came in the to go bag, it was only half full and it was all the old fries that were on the bottom of the rack. When I asked the gentleman about replacing these, he replied angrily that I would have to wait at least 5 minutes. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered the honey mustard chicken sandwich and instead I got a wrap with half a piece of chicken on it please see the picture."
