"Terrible service on March 21 at 2:10 am, please the employees should be more friendly when serving customers! Thank you! You cannot treat the customer badly, especially when I have been polite to you."
"Hadn’t eaten at this McDonald’s in over 8 years because it was so horrible, but after a long day in airports i figured maybe things had changed: i just needed something in my stomach before sleep. I ordered a large fries with 2 regular burgers (which are NOW $2.79 each). I figured something was I with the order, the way that she shoved my change into my hand, slammed the window, and scurried away. The fries were on top, and although only lukewarm, had so much salt dumped in them that they weren’t bad. While driving i pulled out a burger, which ended up on the paradise street asphalt. These were the NASTIEST McDonald’s burgers i had ever put into my mouth. They were clearly cooked more than an hour prior and left sitting out. Either there is not a manager at this place, or if there is, it is not a human, because NO ONE would feed this garbage to the homeless, or to a dog, so why would you feed it to a person that’s spending money? This McDonald’s and the McDonald’s at Sahara and Maryland parkway are two of the worst in the COUNTRY. Why does McDonald’s corporate not do something about these run down garbage bins? This Was my first trip to any McDonald’s in over 6 months, and with this type of (food?), it will be many months before i attempt another. Ownership of this garbage bin should be ashamed."
"Avoid this location at all costs. They are always having issues that they blame on their computers. They talk to you like you’re an idiot for not understanding their technical issues after you’ve already waited in line in the drive through for 30 minutes and then they offer absolutely no resolution to make up for their unacceptable service. Tonight I made the mistake of ordering on the app to pick up at this location because it’s on my way home from work. Once I arrived the only pickup option available was the drive through, so I waited for a long time behind several other cars. By the time I got to the front of the line I was told my order was sent to a different location because of “the order time and the computers”. I asked for more details and the man at the window just got agitated with me and told me to go to the location my order was changed to. I had to go 12 more minutes out of my way and it added much more time to my commute home. Once I arrived at the other location they had the order that had been switched over ready for me and all was ok. In the future I will avoid the paradise rd location because of so called computer issues and very rude employees working the drive through. I had to just drive away because I was so speechless. I should mention also that I have worked in a front line customer service position for the past 27 years and it’s unbelievable to me that these employees can treat customers this way and remain employed."
"I’ve was driving for DoorDash tonight and have to warn anyone ordering and doing business with this McDonalds. The workers here at McDonald’s will refuse to give drivers food because apparently we are supposed to go to the window and order each item that the customer orders. And instead of being professional they would rather throw fits, argue, ignore, and put their problems on the customers and the drivers. If the owners and head managers only knew what they were doing, this would not be accepted. There is a Mexican lady and a black girl that works the late shift. You should avoid them at all cost. Look at the pictures I took below and you will see. This is the worst McDonalds in Las Vegas. DO NOT COME HERE. I REPEAT, DO NOT COME HERE."
