"They called my mobile order number I walked up to the counter within 10 seconds and the lady working the mobile orders at 7:35am on July 31st had already turned her back. She briefly turned around and said I don’t know what that is sir I told her my order order and she still says I don’t know what that is sir. I said it’s the mobile order you just called. When she gave me my food she says I just called that number too. Bad attitude, poor communication skills, awful customer service skills."

"Definitely not returning and definitely pressing this issue. On top of me finding a bug in my drink, the experience when trying to return it was horrible. I ordered an ice coffee, and FOUND A BUG IN IT. I came back and asked if I could get a refund, but they insisted on replacing the drink I said it's fine, a refund works. So the worker called the supervisor, and let me tell you The FLOOR SUPERVISOR NICOLE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. ABOUT THE WHOLE THING. Just her attitude from the jump. I asked if she could throw away the drink for me, "No, I can't! The trash is right there." Not only that but she didn't apologize for the experience, didn't ask if she could make it better, did absolutely nothing. Never coming back here again. And I'll be sure to let everyone else know as well."

"Customer service is completely absent. Kiosk was slow and malfunctioning. Staff said I HAD to order the deal from the kiosk, so I ended up with paying double. Worst McDonalds in Las Vegas."
