"Management needs to handle drifters that sit inside by the side door and rush customers returning to their cars in the parking lot panhandling. Yeah it’s Vegas and it’s Charleston, but this location should and can do better to protect their customers . Food was fine, place was clean, staff was friendly."

"Great experience it's my first time heading to a Wendy's and I was attended by an awesome server Sofia ! Very attentive and was ready for my questions. I ordered a spicy chicken and strawberry lemonade. The spicy was great and hot, not too crispy nor soft, 10/10. The lemonade was good too maybe not very sweet a little sour which was an appreciated twist. Overall 10/10 it was very clean."

"While the food was good and when I finally got to the payment window and then the pickup window, the people were nice. The wait time was about 15 minutes or more. There were only three of us in line. So whatever the golf up, Wendy just had to fix it and get that time down. I almost left and went to McDs right next door. Numerous behind me did just that. I wanted Dave's single, however, and glad I had time and a good audio book."

"This location has some amazing employees. I came in the drive thru for lunch today and both the cashier and the person who handed me my food were so pleasant and had big smiles on their faces as they helped me. I love this!! I wish I had their names but thank both of you gentlemen for your kindness. And to top things off my food was hot!!"
