"If I could give zero I would! This tropical smoothie seems to always have issues, especially with delivery orders. Do yourself a favor, DON’T Order delivery from them. The first time I had issues with them I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this second time is HORRIBLE. I placed an online order via the Tropical Smoothie App for delivery. The order was processed , paid, and confirmed, I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! And it was cancelled. The door dash driver said the store was closed, door was locked but the lights were on and the computers but not an employee in sight. I’ve been calling them for a refund for two days now NO ANSWER! Not a call back regarding this, a response from email or anything, even customer service can’t give me a refund, they just took my complaint and contact information. This is NOT Customer service at all. Tropical Smoothie has failed tremendously!!"

"I orderd an hour in advance for a quick pick up and still was forced to wait 15 minutes. Also, they didn't put chicken on my salad and gave me the wrong dressing. No one here cares about the customer."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is awfull, it take about 15 minute for someone to come to the speaker to take your order and about at least 30 minutes to wait through the drive through. People do not go to this place if you do not have time to wait 40 minutes at least for your smoothie. And then you get to the window to find oyt your order is messed up. Not to mention because y’all crazy wait time I was late for work and almost got in trouble. This place suck, save your money!"

"Honestly, I would give them zero stars if it was possible I’ve been here probably about three times and it’s a shame because tropical smoothie is one of my favorite places and every time I’ve come here it’s been really bad service. The smoothies have been runny I feel like they don’t put the add that I get in and this latest time I pulled up at 8:30 PM on a Friday night and a gentleman came over the loudspeaker that was extremely rude and said we’re closed due to cleaning And we’re shortstaffed and was not nice didn’t apologize didn’t do anything else and said we’re gonna be right here though or something else we are driving away I don’t recommend this location and it’s too bad I can’t give zero stars"

"Order the chicken club flatbread. It comes with bacon on it. They didn’t put any bacon barley any chicken out packed it with lettuce. When I called to speak to someone in charge the girl on the phone told me no manager or shift leader was available. So since when does kids run a restaurant without management? They are just making anything giving it to customers. More training should be provided. Very disappointing. If you higher your prices make sure the customer service and food quality is exceptional as well."
