"Garbage employees with what looks like.Mountains on the moon acne tripping into the bag. Unhelpful has a superiority complex regarding use of the mobile app. Unwilling to help and not willing or able to take an order at the register. You can only you self check out. I cannot stress.Do not recommend this location whatsoever. It's overpriced and the two nearest mcdonald's to them beat their prices on average by fifteen to twenty five percent"
"We've been waiting for 20 minutes in a curbside spot for 3 drinks and 1 French fry. Employees didn't seem to care about us having to wait 20 minutes, and didn't even talk to my husband about the issue when he went inside. Instead they sent a worker out to the car with the order while my husband was inside trying to figure out what was taking that long. He was ignored when he went inside, and thankfully was observant enough to see the employee walk out to the parking lot with our order and wasn't left standing there wondering what happened, since the girl at the counter acted like she was going to help, but then ignored him while she started packing other people's orders. Also, the contact us form on the McDonald's app is broken, so you can't actually contact anyone in the company if there is an issue. Looks like they don't really care when customers have issues, and they just want to waste people's time and money."
"Got big Mac and and the new mint, Oreo ice cream. It was in the cup but had ice cream and mint chips on much of the clear cover, and a hole in the center of the ice cream. It appeared as though someone had eaten some of it before I got it. I had gotten one at McDonald's on North 5th. It made me desire another one. After this experience, I am done. Presentation matters as much as taste."
"Had a terrible experience here, the manager on site laughing at an elderly woman for not knowing how to use a kiosk . Made her wait 15 min after asking them for help while standing around laughing at her, until some one different came and helped her . Over charged her for sausage biscuit she didn’t want egg on and then was told she had to pay an extra amount to REMOVE THE EGG. Who charges you to remove the egg off of a sausage biscuit !? Terrible customer service. I guess you can’t expect much from McDonald’s these days even elderly people don’t get respect or help they need . They even had the nerve to say it’s only a few dollars difference just pay for it. Clearly they don’t know anything about how to run a budget and save money. Dollars add up at the End of the month and year. They matter."
"I have visted this restaurant a lot and the service is great they were fast and respectful. This problem I have is not with the employees but more the restaurant it self kinda. Me and my sister had normally ordered our food on the kiosks and got it and left, when we got home to eat while she was eating she found out the was a bone in her chicken nugget it wasn’t long but still enough to make us gag . I don’t know what this review will do really I just wanted to vent because this was kinda really nasty. The buffalo sauce is there for reference. This could have choked her since she still a young kid . I’ll give it 2 starts because again this only happens one in my of my time going there but still really scared me."
