"UPDATE! This situation was taken care of my I believe the shop owner last Sunday after I had sent an email. Her apology was accepted and her way of correcting the situation was generous. So next year I will try again because they do have amazing plants. Every year for 15 years I have ordered grave planters for my husbands grave. Five times they have screwed up! Not delivering on day requested which has a specific remembrance of his passing! This year I specifically many times stated this Saturday! Well looked at my credit card no charge.
